Loft conversion and rear extension in Surbiton.

This project was a complete refurbishment, including the building of both a rear and side extension and a loft conversion to a bungalow in Surrey. We constructed a dormer to the roof space creating a double bedroom and a bathroom/shower room. The works included all structural steel works and replacing all the existing roof tiles.
