Ground floor rear extension and patio construction in Twickenham.
An existing outhouse was demolished and the rear wall taken down to create an open plan dining/kitchen area. The kitchen was fitted along with timber bi fold doors and electric Velux windows, creating a sense of light and allowing an outlook onto the new Indian Sandstone patio area and garden.

By moving the bath under the window we created more space for the fitting of a shower. The new bathroom installation included re-plastering of ceiling and walls, installation of underfloor heating, all plumbing and tiles from Porcelanosa.
Full re-decoration of reception and dining room. Works included removing a load bearing wall, re fitting an existing opening with double doors. plastering, carpentry (to create bespoke shelving). The existing sash windows were also refurbished with draught proofing. The room was completely redecorated using ‘Little Green’ paints.
